Will County Executive Larry Walsh was arrested on drunken-driving charges Thursday night. Shortly before midnight, Will County sheriff?s deputies observed his tan 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis ?driving erratically? on Old Chicago Road near Illinois 53, police said.
